+30/+40 mm springs?

Someone who tows/caravans should be able to advise on this better.

To my knowledge there are none specific to the Roomster and through some searching I have only really found springs to raise 4x4's.

You may want to try a local specialist

The reason is that the Scout Roomy is not as big of a scout as I want it to be :) I'm also driving Ford Fusion and it is much more nimble and practical in and outside a city. Going on and off the curbs, over the rocks and pits, etc. with Fusion is no brainer, no hassle at all. Yet with the Roomy I have to pay close attention what I'm doing with the rear axle. In fact I had to remove the mud flaps because they would hit any curb taller than 3-4 cm! Even my Octy isn't that sensitive! To cut the long story short, I would be perfectly happy if the Roomy was just a tad higher.

May be obvious, but why are you driving over kerbs + rocks big enough to rip the rear axle? :confuse: It'll all end in tears that will.

I had this problem with previous car (peugeot 206 SW). It was an excellent motor, but the mud flaps scraped the ground with 2 people in the back, let alone with the trailer on. It had torsion bar suspension, so was nearly impossible (AKA very expensive) to fit spring assistors.
