My engine management light came on when I collected the kids from school yesterday. Nothing unusual happened, no loss of power, and no funny noises.

Should I get it checked before driving it any further? Or is it likely to be something lke a spot of dirty fuel? (ie if there is a transient problem, does the light stay on afterwards?

Could be anything John.

When mine did it, it felt no different, but the lamda sensor was dead. As you probably guessed it needs a scan really.

But can I/should I keep driving it in the meantime? (because the Porsche is really beginning to p*ss me off now...)

Pop round when you like mate, gimme a bell first to make sure I'm in.

If it ain't limping I would drive it tbh. If it's limping then it's serious but otherwise it's probably something remedial. Don't hold me too this though

Stu will sort you out though.:D
