Please excuse my ignorance but the manual seems to be bereft of information, what pressures should I be running in my VRS Tdi with 18" wheels?

There's a label in the petrol cap. It does mention it in the manual somewhere but i think i missed it until after someone on here had mentioned it.

Thought it'd have been on the door pillar really but spose it makes sense this way too.
