I took my car in for a service, low and behold theres a note on the bottom of the receipt to tell me the console bushes are on the way out, and the rear bump stops are also perished.

Does anyone know the best replacement for these bushes?

I was hoping for something that may last a little longer, I am not bothered about cabin noise from a stiffened suspension set up if it means longer lasting bushes, and also which will maybe stiffen up the front end, as i am looking to upgrade shocks and springs later this year.

I have heard powerflex do a version?

And also that you can substitute the standard bushes for Cupra R bushes.

If anyone could tell me where to get these and what sort of prices they are that would fantastic!
