I think I may have a MAF sensor problem !

Can any one say what symtoms you get with a faulty sensor ?

The car is a 05 fabia 1.4 TDi (75)

limp mode , lack of power

try disconnecting it , if it runs/drives better, then the MAF is probably faulty

I have tried unplugging it, and it did not make any diffrence,

My symptoms are: I need to put the pedal all the way down to the floor before I get any

performance

need to get the codes read , as there maybe something else wrong other than the MAF

All ready used Vag-Com and no fault codes.

But I have removed the MAF from the car, and blown air through the maf and seems a lot better.

I would not say perfect but 90% better
