Anybody going

Myself & Mcgyver are planning to head to either Stage 1 or 2 and also the repeat run.

Are you going yourself?

If there is any1 from Monaghan, there are lads tesing cars up there around Middletown, Tydavnat region. Looks like they are mainly configuring suspension from what i'm hearing. There were also a few WRC ford mechanics at the Galway International last week taking a peek around... It was funny to see them more interested in the MK2 than the likes of Bolands or the McHales's not to mention the nreturn of Donnely's WRC Fabia which was in "suberb" form......ha...get it ... suberb !!! :orb_duh:

Just got my Staff pass from Sligo IT which was nice... Allows me & 4 others in and around service for free... Won't have to put on a Marshal's jacket this year then to get a look :rofl:

The second service area around Clarion Hotel is much better caric then the stuffed shirt Works Mechanics

Lads straightening panels with the "Gentle Persuader" & taking rear lights out of road cars (scoobies) & cable tying them onto rally car to pass scrutiny !!!:D:D:P

(Not looking @ any1 inparticular SMYTH !!! )

MAKE SURE ye take alook around the 2nd area

Hi Gaff,

It was that wet I thought about jumping into the hotel swimming pool fully kitted out to get in tune of the weather before going to cover the stages, and whilst on the stages I took a mud bath in the fields to improve my complexion. Anyhow his techs did a good job putting it back togeather for Atkinson. Pacenotes my run an interesting story on the merits of WRC -v- IRC championships something we heard on Rally Ireland..

something we heard on Rally Ireland..

Tell me more, I'm not a magazine reading person. PM me ;)
