It passed me yesterday while I was out on the pedal bike around 10:40 Sunday morning travelling towards Salisbury along the Porton road in Wiltshire.   I spotted it once it was past so only got a view of the rear.  It was white and no stickers but reg plate would indicate the right age for a WRC.  Like I say it was already past me so I couldn't say if it had xenons, white spider rims etc.

Hi all,  a little while ago I posted this.   Well 9 months later it was parked up at my local independent garage where my Octy vrs was in for its mot today (which it passed :)).  Had a look and it has its plaque indicating 64/100. No stickers, but got the right bits on it but looking like it needs a bit of tlc.  Garage tells me the owner has had it from new though.  Would appear it lives in or around Amesbury, Wiltshire.

The WRC with reg number HV52 was for sale as a brand new car at Wrynams Skoda in Salisbury in 2002. I know 'cause I wanted to buy it but the dealership wouldn't do me a deal. Eventually I gave up and bought a new Lemon yellow vRS which I owned for 12 years - KC02KYO was a fab car but was written off twice in a year and the second time I let the insurance company have it (this was in 2014). Did anyone on the forum buy it???

 

Anyway HV52 was in the dealership for at least a year and eventually Wrynams couldn't sell it and took all the decals off and it was resprayed white. It was used as a demonstrator and then eventually it was sold. So yes it is a genuine WRC

Im the first owner of this NR.4 /100, Model 12/2001 LHD with 6 speed and 270hp.

This particular one has 100 sticker on the right and 100 box on the left.

 

The car is not really for sale but im open to sell it for the right price $$$.

Its still located in Germany and rarely been driven, parked in a closed garage for years now but started up regularly and serviced.

I'm well aware the WRC is a limited edition model. (I've been a member on here for about 8 years and frequent the mk1 section)

 

The price seems very steep for what appears to be a bit of a rough example from the few pictures on the advert. Maybe that is normal in the used car market in the Czech Republic?
