Just bought felicia 1.3 mpi x reg and it has stalled on me twice when stopping at roundabout.Ithas started straightaway and then been fine.Happened two days running .Any ideas .Thanks Doreen

Hiya.

As Gillywibble said, but if you could add info about how hot the engine was, and whether there were any other common factors, like a long closed throttle period immediately before the stall?

Hi Edna, Welcome!

Is it possible your just not used to the clutch? I Stalled my Fabia 3 times driving it home once I'd collected it.. Perhaps your not dipping it quite early enough every time?

I was never happy with the performance of the original brakes. The braking efficiency felt poor, and in wet weather the discs would quickly develop surface rust. When braking in damp or rainy conditions, the noise made it sound like I was driving an old car with worn-out brakes. After 50,000 km, I decided to replace the brakes. I installed Zimmermann discs and pads on the front axle. Braking performance didn't improve noticeably, but the annoying noise in wet weather is finally gone. Now I only

I have always thought my rear suspension a little soft when towing or even with a full tank. I fitted rubber assisters and this has helped hugely but I would like a little more permanent solution. How can I tell if springs such as these - https://www.autodoc.co.uk/lesjofors/9735347 are heavier duty? It does say for towing. Would fitting new shocks (Bilstein B6?) help as well? I suppose crawling under to see what shocks I have, and what springs I have may a good idea anyway? I think the

Hi all, finally got around to getting some new shoes ordered for the girl. I'm getting a set of Hankook Ventus Evo K137 235/45 ZR18 98Y XL put onto the Pegasus alloys. I was considering changing out the locking wheel nut for just a regular nut? Which then prompted the second question, I picked up a set of Alcar 9021 17inch Steelies for Winter Tyres, do I need to run seperate nuts due to the alloy v steel nature? I was looking on autodoc to try and order some nuts as I didn't know how often they
