I have manged to persuade my wife to hang on to the Octy 1.6LX for another year. However she says she is sick of not haveing remote central locking. I have read that Big K was upgrading peoples Classics to remote central locking. Now as I am in N. Ireland it is not practical to get Big K to do this for me, but my local dealer was not helpful and just suggested getting an alarm system fitted that would do this.

If Big K did this with real Skoda parts could you tell me the required parts (numbers) so I can get my local dealer to actually do the job?

PS how much did/does Big K charge to do this?

OPS, I have no idea why I called him Big ken in the title of my post, the one bit I can't change. I have to admit I have always thought of the K as standing for Ken

remote locking for vehicles up to my98 is bka093018 and bka093019 for my 98 onwards hope this helps regards big ken.
