Hope someone can help with this,

I have bought a VRS on a 53 plate and it doesn't have the one touch indicators function working, is this a faulty indictor stalk or does it need to be activated?

I know its not important as I do have fingers!

One touch indicators weren't introduced until at least 2004 I think.

Think your right was wondering if a later indicator stalk would do the trick

Im pretty sure vag com is the place to look :-)

It cant be done on the earlier ones, the ECU does not support the function. Its not the stalk thats the same, its the central convienience unit thats the problem. its also not just a case of getting a later one and fitting it.

ah bugger i was after them too! I used them on my mates car, i like them, mainly for leaving roundabouts, but then thats all we have in mk lol
