Whos mapping are you using, as with 170hp the stock pd130 turbo should be OK? I'm worried it's boosting too high / too smokey. Do you warm it up first before boosting / let it cool down a bit before switching off? Cheapest hybrid will be around £800 which will get you a stock pod130 turbo with modified internals good enough for a reliable 210-220bhp. However, on a pd100 engine, I'm not sure this is possible target. Maybe.

it should definately be possible im sure, as hes already using PD130 injectors and turbo which im sure are the only differences between pd100 and pd130? oh and he might need a front mount to get that sort of power, id have thought 190-200 with hybrid then 210+ with FMIC.

Nope they are not the only differences - which is why Jason swapped in a PD130 engine etc at some stage as the internals of the PD100 are not as strong. I can't remember which exact bits are different, and a *lot* of them are the same, Jason will probably remember
