Am posting them as attachments - JPG files with 500k limit so am resizing them.

Go to Advanced Edit > Attachments icon (top line, diagonal dogbone sort of). Click on that - Manage Attachments window will pop up from which you can uppload files from your computer (as opposed to hosting them somewhere). Once they / it have uploaded then click on the down arrow beside the Attachments icon and you'll get a drop-down with the files you've uploaded. Click on one and you'll see [Attach' blah blah.pic Attach] (or some such) is now pasted into the editor. (Limit of 5 files per post which is why I've made 2 posts).
