Well, I was going to the York meet, but can't afford to stay... still want a drive out and a pub lunch thouygh, so Have decided to do one closer to home!

Due to Keswick being so busy, and some people not being able to make it until later meet now starts at Rheged centre (CA11 0DQ) bottom of the carpark, at 2pm, then out for a drive! I will do a "usual" drive, unless anyone local would like to design a route and lead the way?! suggestions welcome

you could probably get to the malthouse by 7 pm we'll be done with the drive, approx 4:30......

hmmm I might consider this as I'm staying in Kendal for the honeymoon and the saturday is the last day of our honeymoon can I be very persuding to Mrs Skodaboy and ask to go for a drive on our way back up??

yay , that would be cool and it is on your way! it is near Rheged, but if you're comming from kendal, you'd be better off comming up past the lakes (windemere) and past ambleside, then you're in Keswick

edit: the lake carpark may be busy, but its withing easy walking distance of the pubs for lunch.... another meeting point may be suggested if Keswick gets stupid busy....

Pretty sure I'm not doing anything that day bar working in the morning so should be able to make it. BRB with a definate.

May well be able to make it up from 'the south' for this, only thing would be any family commitments over the Easter weekend - but nothing planned as yet (fingers crossed )

we will make the camp meet, its just for one day its too far, well swmbo would go mental at me if i was to do that amount of driving in one day plus minitext will be over and we all know what they start saying as soon as you get off the drive (and 4+ hours of that will be insane).
