..........Can anyone tell me what those things fitted to the suspension when in transit look like please. The front coiled springs have like a plastic clip which is attached to them but is not fastened to anything else, the ride is rather hard [fabia 2 blueline] should they have been removed on the PDI check...........

Yes they do, there's normally 3 on each spring

Are they still fitted then?

I've been back to the dealer, when I said you've left them in he replied Mk 2 fabia's don't have them fitted, I replied My Fooker does..........No it doesn't, Yes it Fooking does...................Never seen that before was the reply. Evidently only fitted to the Blueline and Sport due to the lowered suspension which they didn't know about. No Excuse, I had to go back a week ago as the oil didn't reach the dip stick, Why stamp the Book to say the PDI had been carried out when it's Obvious it hadn't been done correctly.

Ours had them as well. Sports suspensions much better without

They come off the transporter with a massive red warning sign hanging from the interior mirror! How can they miss that? Muppets! The Greenline, Sport and Blueline all come with them fitted. I wonder if anyone at the dealers will check their records to see if they've missed any others?

so if i check my sport, there shouldn't be any on there?

Correct, they should be removed on the Pre-Delivery Inspection. (Only the more recent Sports have the lowered springs as standard though!)

Crikey! Isnt that a bit dangerous? Good thing you spotted them.

Any update on these AGM?
