Home Made Front Mount Intercooler Fitted 05/04/2009

Recommended Posts

Foglight would fit if i changed the alloy elbow for a tighter silicone one, but i wanted it as free flowing as possible. Fog lights are ****e anyway, so gonna take both out and put carbon fibre ducts in instead

When you clamped onto the existing lower intercooler pipe. How did you do it lol? What size did you need etc? :)

I cut the alloy pipe, beat it round and then stretched the 2" silicone hose over it. Works perfectly

what bhp has this mod made then ?

Not run it on a dyno since, but intake temps are down approx 20-30 degrees, so approx 10-20 bhp i would guess. Car feels bettr to drive anyhow
