they look to be pretty much the same as fabia handles minus the passenger keyhole. does anyone know if the octavia/fabia handles are the same? or are they a compeltely different shape and my eyes are lieing to me...?

Those door handles are the same part number as the Octavia's - ie 3B0 837 207C (now replaced by 207G) - but not the Fabia's.

How about these on eBay which are also chrome on stainless steel and are advertised specifically as being for the Fabia:

Denis, they are the same part on a different auction (well both stick on covers).

I've got a set on my Fabia, you can buy them with either 0,1 or 2 keyholes from jhm Buttco, who get them from Miltec. They are a bit more expensive though.

I got mine from Butts today...

I got the set that are smooth stainless with no key hole as I'm delocking the drivers side.

They look good quality and I'll fit them this weekend!

Well thats fitting them out any time between October and March!

without wanting to cause offence, be wary of items like these on ebay they are often v. cheap and cheerfull, made out of cheap plastic etc...

buy from a shop!
