Yes the release bearing is in the pic, its hiding in the top lefthand corner. I dont see a clutch plate though.

cheers, was no point me explaining over the phone to gary what was in the pic as i have no clue...lol and he couldnt remember if it came with one, gary said the plate is under the blue bit

Just tell him the plate is missing, that should make his day, NOT

That clutch has been in his car for some time, so I imagine the plate was there.

Release bearing issue is affecting me too, but nowhere near as bad as Gary's. Mine is just an occasional bt of clutch dragging with the pedal fully down, in traffic / manouvering usually.
