Featured Replies

Ok - it's not a great pic , but we all know what is -(and it's been there as long as I can remember-approx 40 years)---

but can anyone tell me where (or the road number )--(got more pics giving more detail )- TBH I can only remember rough location -so that will do

EDIT: Doh! ...we posted @ the same time! ...new info rules my guess out!

No - if you pass it (looking at yer location from avatur- ) you must be making a looooong diversion :o:D

Edit -sorry ,missed out smilie(s)

Had a look at the Scottish intro post -can't quite make up my mind who's within 100 -200 miles .

Abrachian ?

Very close - the plate inside the box gives the location as "bracla" ,from what I can read on the photo "10m from Inverness" ,phone code 01463(also INV code) .

Looking at multimap (using OS ,it's Maps of the world, street map search - powered by Multimap - just south of the hotel near bracla harbour - .

Don't know prize , but who's claiming to be closest ?

How'd you find it so quick ?

Could be Gaelic for Abrachian ?

Infact, just done a google map directions, from Abrachian to Inverness. 10.1 miles. :D :D

So i win ? ;)

How'd i find it so quick....am just well travelled up here. :P

Sounds quite Tuechter to me -then again Braclia does to -so who knows, except Abrachian is signposted as on a side road off the A82 (which is the road the box sits on )

Put up the photo I took of the inside - can't quite read the mileage .
