I noticed all the black burning fabia's have twin exhausts, even the SDI !!!! Why do they need two, And rather than make two posts, does anyone actually know what SDI is supposed to mean, "Slow Diesel Injection"? or "Super Depressing Incompetence"?

I noticed the twin exhaust thing the other day. Also noticed some of the Octy's seem to have them too so maybe it's a cost-saving feature?

I think it's a carry over part from the Volkswagens. The Polo TDI has the same twin tailpipes.

I much prefer this though - at least its not hidden behind the rear bumper like on standard diesels. :(
