has anyone done this before, fitted these in a few boras for boys, and had a slack day so took into and fitted these on my own car, let me know what you's think.

went one further with the skoda used green instead of orange and put the green in the handles inside as well as outside, took about 2 hours to do the 4 doors inside and out,

Sorry but the exterior ones are seriously horrid in my view :( But if you like them and are pleased with the results then that is all that matters

nope i'm not chav, just advertising i am autospark and do alot of different fancy electric mods for people in my area, they turn on when you unlock the car with the remote and turn off when you start it, it also turns on if a door is opened, so of the bora's i have fitted them too, the boys requested orange lights that are one when side lights are on and flash when you indicate.

I like the interior ones a lot.

Not as convinced about the exterior, although if they give a puddle light effect (similar to the Octy wing mirror ones) they could be useful.

Whereabouts are you based?

i am based in northern ireland, they don't light up the ground, they are an easy fit, just takes time to figure the wiring out, but if your trying give me a shout i'll help you through it

I think a softer colour would probably look a bit less gash.

i can dull them i have a dimmer on them, i can fit any colour

The exterior ones are too bright in that pic but I do like them. Something like that in a soft white would look great on my black Octavia!

next time i am doing one i'll take a few pictures(not gonna strip the doors again, but it is **** easy, the wires are inside the front doors for the fron handles, just gotta run two wires from the the passanger footbal to the back doors, takes a few hours but handy done.

I think that's a clever mod - Would like a to see a 'white' version tho...

Quite like it, as people have suggested a subtle white light would look pretty money! I think you've got your heated mirrors on as well buddy.

Interior ones are nice, the ex star fabia had them in green

Exterior ones are a big no no IMO

it is real easy to fit, need a bit of balls to drill through your dorr handles, but can be done very simply
