I say go for it dude, make your car yur own and screw the haters... just don't be disheartened by how much it's gunna cost, you're talking about £200 just for the front done....

That looks really good duggie! Love it. Only thing I don't like about pre-facelifts are the square fog lights.. but still I think the bumpers are a huge improvement!

dont forget to sort out a crease line that follows into those rubbing strips other wise it willl look a bit iffy...

oh and get a splitter fitted :P

I'd go with a dechrome and debadge as well if you're removing the rubbing strips.

Maybe don't remove them, but sand the grain off, fill the gap around the edge, smooth/sand it all in and then paint the lot cuz L-Y-K's got a point with those creases..
