i LOVE the styling of the RS6's...so much so...i'm considering taking the exhaust system...and some 17inch versions of those alloys and placing them on my fabia (reminds me you lot deserve some photos soon)

the pipework for the exhausts isn't a problem, i've got motorbike friends with workshops to bend/gas axe/weld all the pipes and put some rather large brackets on...the rear bumper 'cut' like here - http://forums.audiworld.com/a6/msgs/328738.phtml to accomodate it and make it look a little more standard.

i'm getting hold of an RS bumper for the front and the badgeless grill soon too.

but...i'm still intrigued as to what those alloys would look like on a mettalic green fabia..after some Eibach lowering springs..

firstly...what does everyone think? and secondly...do any photoshop handy friends fancy grafting those wheels onto a fabia in a 17inch guise?

:)

It is one smart car :)

Sounds like a top plan

I want an RS6 the end :)

I'd say go for it. I think the wheels would look quite smart on a Fabia. All origional idea's have to start somewhere, so why not be the first to do something like that.

don't worry..its my background too :)

actually went in an estate RS6 the other day friends fathers...

had had it AMD chipped and fettled...610bhp  i practically shat myself when he took us up the A11 in it...NEVER not even in my dads v12 7series have i FELT the acceleration like that.

its done 185 on a private track...and had the potential to go faster

I reckon the RS6's would look great on the Furby

Chunky wheels for a chunky car

mmm. just wondering how long to run the steels for...seeing that just about every tyre on them is brand new! might confine them to the shed

Might as well keep this current...or even better..mods..how about a 'project' page with 'current' projects?

Anyway...was walking back from the shops. and right before my eyes on the pavement on this rather desolate deserted piece of land was the most PERFECT piece of 'venting' that had falled off something. to make a vent in the wheel arch. I couldn't believe my luck. it looks SO OEM its unbelivable. no nasty mesh or weird cutting marks for me it can be bolted over the hole :)

spray it black a few minutes ago and i'll get some photos up for the weekend i hope. really chuffed. such a find and it didn't cost me anything!

Something is coming...I'm a little behind but it's coming...you can view the front end here:

Uhm, aren't RS6 alloys 18 inches? And won't 18 inch allows rub when mounted on a fabia? Don't wanna be a party pooper, but probably worth making sure :)
