They will physically fit on the wheels, but they will raise the overall gearing of the car.

If you're trying to save money, I'd look at on-line suppliers like Black Circles, or fit 155/80R13s (but if you do this, inform your insurance company, and expect an increased premium).

The difference in circumference will be almost 6% - the normal recommendation is to keep it within 3%.
