Quiet right, it almost want to make me buy a new clio :eek:

The Megane 250 looked a little 'soft' in the company it was displayed with. However putting most road cars in a stand with a stripped out Clio Cup and Megane 3.5 v6 race car would leave them looking a little lightweight.

Saw a couple of vRS's in the car park, VeeKar's , and a red fabia vRS with black wheels and black colour coded grill surround, didn't get a very good look as it was a long way away :P

i waqs there had a great day.. loved the racing journey in was fine no traffic just on the way out was a bit of a pain lol

tried to catch up with wardy but no signal on phones sorry steve

started at bridge then at hanger and then finished the day off at club... that formula 1 car is so loud lol

who went on the simulators they where amazing but hard:O and the test drives was good and the handvbrake turn demo was fun but we was in the estate and felt like it was going to roll over and the driver needed a can of lynx lol:eek:

I'm gonna cry cause I wanted to go!!!! (Yes I'm a big kid!!! LOL)

No idea how you managed to get those shots of the historic stuff Zoidberg. When i got there that stand was rammed with about 1000 people!

Really enjoyed the event but making the tickets free made the crowd some what "interesting". Only managed to go to the infield on Sunday afternoon and it was ridiculous. Every stand/car/attraction/tent was about 10 people deep around.

Was good to see stuff on the full GP circuit though as i've never been out to the far side of the circuit - Stowe is a great place for viewing as you can see back down the hangar straight through stowe, through the vale chincane up the farm straight and through abbey chicane before they vanish under the bridge.

I thought that the race cars haven't been updated and are as new as you can get - the road car has only just had a few tweaks and a face lift to match.

As fas as i'm aware with the BTCC oin their month break this race on the full GP circuit was added to the Clio Cup calendar to fill a hole.

We watched it from Bridge and yes, that F1 car is sooo loud ! Great day out, thanks to Renault. Must admit too, probably a better venue than Donnington although that's much near er for me.

yeah never realised how loud they were, minitext got tons of ear plugs as she went round.
