is it right that it only has an air filter change at 40k ??? i dont have my book with me so i cant tell.

what else happens and when ?

Fabia fixed service regieme

10k - Oil and Oil Filter

20k - Oil and Oil filter, Pollen Filter, drain fuel filter water trap.

30k - Same as 10k

40k - Oil, Oil filter, Air filter, Pollen Filter, Spark plugs (where applicable), Fuel Filter (on diesel).

And so on.

Every two years regardless of mileage replace brake fluid

Every five years iirc replace coolant G12 (pinky stuff).

ah ok i was shocked by the 40k air filter id have thought by then it wouldnt be able to breath lol

I'll double check that when im in work but im pretty sure its right.

For what it costs i'd change the fuel filter at 20k, but then I do the servicing myself.

I'm pretty sure air filter is 40k - I asked them to change mine at 20k and 40k services, though I'm not sure whether it's actually worth it!

And a cambelt every 60K miles, unless I'm mistaken.

Air Filter change @ 40K, but I change fuel & air filters @ 20K, regardless of the fixed servicing, for peace of mind.

Mind you, I can get the parts @ a discount price!
