Setting Window Limits

Featured Replies

Is this the same for the Mk2 as it was for the Mk1? Tried it the other day but the windows would NOT open with the key turned in the door, it would close them if opened.

Holding the key in the open position in the driver's door will open all the windows in my Octy II. The really fun thing is if you've got rain sensing wipers it'll close the windows when it detects rain on the windscreen...

Enable comfort window opening via key in VagCom and it should work. It's in there somewhere.

Re VAG-COM coding, yes I believe it's set by the comfort locking setting within central convenience. THe long coding helper will assist

Simeon - pretty sure by altering the above, the remote window opening can be disabled.

How about moving the key to another pocket then?
