Official Yeti UK Pricing

Featured Replies

I must say the Elegance is pretty pricey but the spec level is HUGE.

I particularly like the inclusion of BiXenons and full leather; really tempted to replace my Octy next year. ;)

SUK latest website update (last week) state options yet to be confirmed.:(

Oh Yeti Scout was mentioned by a jurno in one of those video reviews Channel 4 I think. Also I'm sure there was another jurno sometime back mentioned it following an interview with someone from Skoda at the Geneva launch.

If they jack up the ride height anymore like with previous Scouts it will put the LR Defender to shame.

Exactly.

There wont be a scout version. Consider each version to be a Scout S, Scout SE etc etc

Having looked at the Skoda Germany site (see separate thread posted earlier) the Elegance makes the European Experience spec look like a poor relation.

Although sadly to pricey for me.:(

Just pondering what colour to order by CR140 SE in? :rubchin:

OK accepted and agreed, but

Wot - no vRS then? :( ;)

A vRS Yeti would be an amusing blend of a several vehicles in one, I always thought Skoda should make a Roomster vRS even if it's the 1.8TSi and not the 2.0TSi it would be comedy.

Not quite - A Roomster vRS would have to be a 1.9TDI PD130; considering which engine would fit the chassis/floorpan.

Yeti vRS would simply have to be an SE with 18s, lowered suspension (only 15mm) part leather sports seats etc. Hmmmmmmm ;)

Why not? They could drop the 1.4TSI in, same platform at the front as the forthcoming Fabia2 RS.

I really enjoy driving my Roomster but always felt it could do with a little more lead in it's pencil!

Well, Vauxhall do a Meriva VXR

Or see if the Brymer could work his pimping magic on one

Does a pope need to get around that quickly?

I have a vision of a vRS Yeti coming to a screeching halt and the Pope going on flying lesson without wings as he's catapulted forwards a great rate of knots!

It could be called a Zoomster!

.... surely vRoomster is better!

Very droll... :D

Given that the Yeti can now be ordered, does anybody know what options are available for each spec S, SE, etc and what are their costs?

Not sure if 'S' can be ordered just yet.

Info gathered from a dealer bit sketchy but what I remember from conversation as they would not print of list for SE:

Leather or Alcantara about £1700 (makes no sense; buy Elegance)

Sunroof between £800 & £900 I think it was

Auto wipers ?

Auto lights ?

Corner fogs ?

Light assist £50

Tyre pressure monitor £50 ?

Spare wheel £50

Park assist ?

Hill hold (if fitted with ESP) £70-80

Silver roof rails £120 ?

Rough road pack about £170-180

Tow prep ?

There was a number of other things which I have forgotten but hope that helps.

Dealers I have spoken to so far appear a bit reluctant to talk prices or budge from RRP, also looking at late October/November for delivery if ordered now

One of the things that changed my mind about getting one, was their coyness about doing deals on a Yeti.

It makes you wonder what sort of deals that SUK will be offering during the initial launch period next month. I'd suspect that they'll be quite good, which is cheesing me off no end as I'm more or less made up on a Octy.

Got me thinking now......

Thanks James,

any info on options, for example can you get the off-road function on the 'S' spec 4x4.

I take it all 4x4 come with ESP?

Very interested to know the answer to this question. Skoda UK website suggests ESP is only standard on Elegance models but guidance leaflet that dealer had says all 4X4 models have ESP. Which is correct?

And what about the off-road button?

If I buy a Yeti, I would like ESP and off road button, but do not want to pay for the Elegance model!

Having spoken about this with a local dealer, they are under the impression from SUK that all UK spec 4x4 models have ESP and off-road function as standard.

The only extra is hill hold at £80 (standard on Elegance).

Thanks. This makes sense.

I look forward to receiving the UK brochure confirming this, hopefully soon!.

Just received this very disappointing reply from Allams:

"No, only the Elegance Yeti will have ESP as standard.

Hope that helps!

I have asked him what models have ESP as an option and how much it costs.

If not an option on the model I want, I may have to reconsider the Tiguan.....

Would be very surprised if ESP was not fitted to Haldex 4x4 system, generally considered an integral and esential part of the control system.

The Yeti 'Map' I received today states on the 'E' spec ESP standard for 4x4 and 1.2 DSG, all other spec's stem from this base standard.
