Rear Washer has suddenly decided to bugger up and dance with the wiper?

Featured Replies

My rear washer has suddenly decided over the past week to start moving with the rear wiper and have a delayed response?

Any ideas? :thumbdwn:

Copper pipe seized into the wiper bushing. There is a repair kit available.

Nah, easy peasy

Mine was an easy fix too - rip the f****r out and cap it off. :D Special gunk on the rear acreen keeps it clear the majority of the time.

on closer inspection it seeems it isnt moving, but instead is spraying off the side, so when the wiper comes back over, it sprays inside the plastic cap rather than onto the window as the jet has been blocked.

how do you reposition the jet angle?

Just pull out the plastic jet with pliers (it is quite a short tube part) and point where you want it.
