154,000 ml going like a clock good service history .only thing slight knock front shocks on bumpy roads any ideas

Possibly worn bushes on the suspension which isn't a major job. I have the same problem with mine the bushes starting to crack and wear.

that alot of miles! all the info you will ever need will be on here

a lot of miles but serviced every 5,000 makes the difference

thanks for bushes advice that seems to be general opinion would i be better with poly bush jobbys would they last longer

well serviced makes all difference
