Just got called by My Local dealer to say there is a fog lamp recall due, there was some traffic about Fog lamps misting up a while back, anyone know if that's related?

Yes, it is related. There was a batch of fog lamps with iffy seals, which are being replaced when the relevant vehicles go in for servicing, as far as I'm aware. If your dealer is going to make a special job of it, good for them!
