I'm Darren, and I have a bunch of Felicias.

I have a rally car, 1.3 Felicia, self-built, weld in cage, currently in Group A-legal (but obviously not full-house Group A) spec.

I've done Rally GB in this twice, in 2007 (DNF due to a tiny mechanical failure that we couldn't fix mid-stage), and in 2008, when we won our class.

I'm currently trying to raise money to do Rally GB in 2009, asking £10 for people to get their name or message on the car, get three pictures after the event as well as have exclusive access to the blog and video diary of the event - Skoda Rally Blog - I think it's a good way to get a week's worth of rallying brought directly to you, and to know that you've made it happen; without people going for this, there won't be any "clubmen" entering this year's event, I'd think. If we don't raise enough to do the rally, then we will refund your money in full.

I have a 1.3 Felicia which I bought as a recce car for doing Rally GB in as a recce and also source of spares:

It's done Rally GB 3 times, doing all the stages twice, so it's had a hard time, and loved every minute of it.

Finally, my Mum has a Felicia Diesel Estate, which I picked up for a bargain £175 as it hadn't run for 4 years. Fired up on the button, even drove straight away once I'd freed the brakes off with a bit of reverse abuse. She loves it:

Ideal as I have spares for all three.

Anyway, I've only ever had skodas as my rally cars (having had a Favorit and after that an N-reg Felicia which did Rally GB in 2006), and even bought one to drive to Banjul, doing 4400 miles including crossing the sahara.
