I now doing hugh miles so the 58 X5 is going back. What I cannot understand

is I am more exited about getting the vrs than I was getting the X5! ! ! ! ! !

On a bit of a bum note I was told initially told 8 weeks max. Dealer emailed me yesterday and told that I am in build week 42 (3rd week in nov) and 3-4 weeks

from that point, By my calcs thats close to 4 months! WOW its making

me worse I am gonna burst.... the price of specing you car. I have asked for Full leather/sunroof/bluetooth\mutifunction steering wheel with paddleshift.

Can anyone answer;

Is that lead time average?

I wouldn't be too sure about that. Of the thousands of cars pre-build, I'm sure there is one with your exact spec
