boost upgrade

Featured Replies

hi all, installed a boost system into the car the day!

basicly just a spinning nut system with a ball bearing and spring!

added the system to the correct pipes etc and sorted it to take boost up 14psi

took the car out a proper run and nothing different had happened.... no big increase in anything

dv got louder

so i take that the wastegate is controled by the ecu? and that you have to chip it to increase the boost?

is there not away around this as i aint got funds for a chip

thanks all
