Hi Everyone,

I've joined up on here as my other halfs sister has had 2 Skoda Octavia's and I am in need of a new run around as my girlfriend lives in County Durham and I live in West London, so would like something economic and she gets great mileage out of her 1.9 TDi so thinking of joining onto the Skoda band wagon

My girlfriend and I are big car nuts and always have been. My daily driver was a Vauxhall Astra Diesel, but it wasn't great on the fuel and it seems to have snuffed it too :( Hence the need for a replacement. My main toy is a 300BHP NIssan 200SX S13 which I love to play with and am learning to drift with. It is currently SORN'd while I do some work on it, so I'm limited to getting the bus most places :rotz:

I'll be putting up a thread in the wanted section, if you have or know of anyone selling a 1.9 TDi estate (2001 onwards prefered) I have upto around 2-2.5K to spend on one I know I'm not going to be getting a mint one for that, but so long as it's good, solid and will do the 600 odd mile round trip most weekends I'll be happy
