One of the things I use my Octavia VRS for, is for competing in the Cotswold Motor Sport Group's Autosolo championship. Autosolo is a bit like an auto test, in that you have to follow a set course around a set of cones, but it is faster and there is no reversing. At the last event, there was a guy with one of those Go pro hero motorsport camera jobbies and he was sticking it on cars during the day.

How'd you get into it

It's mainly held on airfields and in car parks. Anyone can do it with pretty much any car as long as your a member of one of the motor clubs. I'm in the Oxford Motor Club and as that club is affiliated with the Cotswold Motor Sports Group, it allows me to compete in their championship. Currently 3rd in my class
