The manual window winder in my 1998 Felicia GLi has given up in me, meaning no more drive thru mcdonalds...! :P

Does anyone know what's likely to be causing this and how I can fix it without visiting my dealer? The winder handle turns but doesn't move the glass, although the window itself can be opened by simply pushing it down.

Help would be appreciated!! :D
