I can't seem to find any pictures of these specs. All the cars i've seen are either SE or Elegance models.

I am really intrigued to see what E spec looks like? we had an Mercedes A Class Avantgarde model a few years back, and personally i prefered the Classic. Less fussy and showy.

The first 'E' & 'S' spec cars only rolled of the production line week beginning 5th October WK41, so they will have just about made it to the UK by now.

This also coincides with the introduction of the 1.2 TSI.

The visible differences from the outside aren't that major are they?

My company lease on a 1.2 TSI S manual is £288 pm, but for a 1.2 TSI DSG is £307 pm. I've read so many good things about the DSG, bloody annoying i can't order one for a delivery in Jan 2010.

Strange as it may seem, I actually like the black mirrors and handles! Have also gone for the dark green so I guess the contrast will be less than it is on a lighter car.

Just noticed something else: you don't get the darkened windows at the back either which means you actually see the rear pillar as opposed to the whole lot blending into one.

Its probably not about saving them anything, more to do with making you pay more for the next trim level
