ok been driveing the car all day now and im starting think its abit to powerful for std i looked around under the bonnet and i think it has the PD160 air intake i will take pics tomorrow but it just seems very rapid for 130bhp i tested a vectra 1.9cdti 150bhp and that wasnt as quick as this and on paper they should be quicker???? is there any way to tell if it has been tuned there is very little turbo lag once over 2000rpm it flys couldnt time the 0-60 as it was raining abit but it just feels to quick for std?

the car tends to have a huge lump of power from just over 2k revs as standard in 2nd and 3rd, no huge turbo lag either at least compared to other turbos i've driven

From my reading on here, most peoples remaps smooth out the torque curve a bit so power delivery is spread a bit wider

Probably hard to tell without something to read the ecu or maybe another vrs to compare against

Glad to hear your'e enjoying the car .

There are a couple of videos on youtube of a standard vrs accelerating hard in 2nd and 3rd, perhaps worth a look so you can compare, perhaps the speed of the rev needle or any drop off at higher revs...

splitter on what a bugga of a job that was took me 1 1/2 hours in the rain to do but its done going to fit the strut brace on saturday found the cig lighter wasnt working so checked fuse and thats blone both front and back fuses i think its because the cig lighter was stuck pressed down so over heated and poped them going to change those in the morning as well but other than that im loveing it

Go canny with the strut bolts as they're really soft!

You dont want to shear them!!
