OK please forgive me for being stupid, but I have some pics on a memory stick and when I click the add image icon to add pics to my post it asks for a URL??? How do I just point it to my pics on a local drive?

I think you are going to have to host them somewhere (like photobucket) unless you are a freedom member.

Unless you can do something like this

The pics aren't brilliant I'm afraid as it was pretty gloomy yesterday and my camera's not the latest and greatest, but they give you a pretty good idea how great the car looks in this colour.

You certainly have!

One advantage of the colour is I have covered 130 mostly motorway miles and it's now filthy - but it doesn't really show! Got a few appreciative glances on the road too - anyone else experienced that?

Thanks to everyone who helped me get the pics up finally (especially John who has actually posted the images). A bit of a painful journey but I know how to do it now!

May I suggest a visit to a bodyshop to have the grill colour coded - makes the car look so complete different that people do a double take!

Into my third day of ownership now and those of you that are still waiting will definitely not be disappointed. The build quality and general feel of the car makes me think I'm in one that costs twice the money. I'm lovin' it! The CR diesel is a peach and it's the first diesel I've been in where at idle you can neither hear nor feel any vibration from the engine - it's more like the old Jag I used to own! My first Skoda but something tells me it won't be my last.

Yeah nice, I got mine today, Subtle it's not though in white, will add some photos to a thread soon when rain stops! stands out as much as the car it replaces - an Impreza!

Yes I agree the grille would look pretty good colour coded. Might do it one day - but being a brand new car (and my first in 20 years) I don't want to fiddle with anything just yet! I think the DRLs are just about subtle enough to get away with - at least you can switch them off if you want. I don't like the Audi ones that wrap round the headlamps though - they _are_ definitely OTT. DRLs are supposed to be becoming law in the UK at some point soon though aren't they? If so having LEDs makes sense if they are on 24/7.

I am now more annoyed as i tried to order this colour and was told on 2 occasions that it was impossible and Skoda had made a typing error on the brochures.

Ended up going for black magic.

What do you think the best way to approach this with dealer as i now have a car that was not my first choice.

Keep it - black is far better IMHO, but then I'm biased

Yes you lot and the pre FL 500 LE & other Anthracite VRS owners I have had a few people commenting on the LE colour.

Very subtle, the silver roof rails look great in contrast.
