It is very fortunate that it ended as it did, the potential consequences don't bear thinking about.

Why the hell did they jump out of the car FFS?

They could have seriously injured themselves.

well thank god the snow has gone , i have gotten stuck so many times(octy 2 vrs petrol ) , i thought it was just the tyres which were rubish (eagle f1) in the snow , but reading the replies on here , maybe not ! i started using the wifes car (clio sport ) and did not get stuck once , as much as i hate to admit it
