Bluefin for CR Tdi 170

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I have taken delivery of my new FL CR Tdi 170 estate last week and I was going to put 1000 miles on it before I flashed the ecu with the new superchip settings. but I received an e-mail from superchips to inform me I have the 2010 Bosch ecu fitted and they are unable to integrate my ecu through the diagnostic port with bluefin. I could go direct to there headquarters and they will be able to modify the car, but I stay in SW Scotland and and I would prefer to stick with bluefin. They are working on it but this may take up-to 6 months.

Just thought you would like to know what superchips said about the 2010 Bosch ecu.

regards Bennie

Why not try another company who is able to map the car.

Why not try another company who is able to map the car.

Hi Mate I could try another company its just I still have the bluefin unit I got last year that I used on my Race Blue PD 170(what a great colour it was as well) and superchips said I could have a free program for the new CR I now have, so i either have to wait for them to sort out the issue of the new 2010 Bosch ecu or go for a remap.

I see you may be organising a get together in the borders just after the newyear?

Regards Bennie

Sorry didn't realise you already had everything you need already and the promise of a free map.

As for the meet down the borders still unsure about whats happening for that, think I'll need to get something definite arranged shortly.
