I have tried my windscreen wipers and they dont work, nor do the washer jets, rear wiper and wash works though. Could it be the relay for the motor or is it the motor itself? I thought they maybe frozen but tried later and still noting. Anyone got any ideas?

It worked: trip to local dealers, removed plastic cover with flatblade screwdriver, took out fuse number 15, replaced fuse, cover clipped back in. Started car, windscreen wipers and washers working perfectly.
