Surprisingly good actually. I was expecting it to be really harsh but it actually rides better than my old astra, which had 60mm lowering springs and shocks.

Yeah defo better lowered. I would say i have deep pockets i just stop drinking for a while, low and behold £400 builds up in my account and i knew exactly what to do with it. I think i'll stop for a wee while, build up cash again hen a bigger turbo and intercooler is on the cards!!

You know how it is... i like to keep you on your toes!!

Oh yeah forgot to mention, i've got the cupra console bushes waiting to go on but i'm waiting till i get the powerflex front wishbone bushes.

I ordered them last week with the intention of doing them when i did the coilovers only to be told they are made to order and they will take 4-6 weeks!!!!

Been a while since an update so here goes.

After a very expensive month the car has a few new bit on it. The turbo snapped its shaft so a PD150 turbo was ordered. I phone my mechanic who said he was "Flat out, but he could see what he could do" After i bribed him by offering to install his loft ladder and a few other bits, low and behold the car was in the next day and back in my possesion the following day!

I also decided to get him to install the cupra console bushes and the powerflex wishbone bushes as they were in the boot!!

Anyway some pics

Next up is to paint the wheels fluorescent green as i'm getting rota grid alloys pretty soon!!

Whats the PD150 like? much difference from the standard turbo? How many miles had the turbo done?

yeah its a pain to keep clean. You wash it drive somewhere to get some pics and its dirty again!!!

The AP's ride really well actually, i was expecting it to be really crashy over the bumps but they aren't too bad plus they make the car handle well!! Along with the anti roll bar i have been seen cocking a wheel when cornering hard

how do you get the lights tinted? or is it something you do yourself...?

the headlights are tinted with lamin x film, and the rears with fly eyes tint. I did both myself plus with the lamin x it also protects the lights from stonechips etc. Have a look on their website as my car is one of the example models. Lamin x

just lookin at your earlier pics, where is your engine cover??

Took the engine cover off to fix the top boost hose and never got round to refitting it!! lol

Its on ap coilovers wound right down. Dont really take it out much anymore, trying to save some cash for some extensive work.
