basically i wana get rid of the ugly black surround for the number plate. but dont wana vandalise the bloody black grille behind. anyone have a pic of 1 without the surround and with the grille?

If you remove the black surrond then it will look like that. You can either cut the rest out and have a "big mouth" or smooth it off either by plastic weld or bodge and lots of it to.

Cheapest would be to cut it out

buggery:( i dont wana break her lol! and the mesh stuff looks good but only when you have a fat intercooler behind it....guess this idea will have to be put to sleep for now
