Although Red is not my colour, I have to admit that looks pretty smart and lowering it definitely makes a lot of difference :)

Areet, fitted me LED licence plate lights tonight so thought i'd post the pre/post pic's. Very easy to do btw, just small torque screws holding them in take that off then change which is a lil bit fiddley, managed to cut me finger, but heres the finished thing. Not much difference but i like it for only £5.

Nice.

That is quite some walk to the curb mind.

I quite like those.......only a small touch and 'not over the top' and think they will go well with the daylight LED's I have fitted on my new vRS! :)

Nice little touch those lights

them led numberplate lights look good

might do them myself at some point actually they do look pretty tired, does it affect some odd m.o.t regulation, or does it just have to be that the rear plate is lit up at night?

Sunstrip did not go very well so will sort that another day.

Also put white light LED's into me interior, hard to get a genuine idea of what they like through this pic but they look good.

**** easy mate, two 501 sidelight type bulbs and a festoon type same as the rear license plate lights. clear cover pops off and u replace.

i must try and pop the cover out, not sure how yet, and see what the bulbs look like.

Looking good with the white interior lights mate.

Hope everyone is enjoying the snow, =)

Had my car going sideways downhill on the A69 yesterday night/ this morning coming home from work. Luckily went off left and the very deep snow slowed me down so i regained control.

And have just been reading up on the stock bridgestone tyres being very poor, so am thinking of maybe getting a set of winter wheels and tyres if i can find them for cheap?

What do people think, i have also heard that having thin tyres help and my mechanic suggested 2nd hand space savers?

Let me know.

your mechanic is suggesting space saver wheels all round? i think they're only designed for temporary use

Well mainly on the front/drive wheels, but the tyres should be **** so wont be ideal. (I trust my mechanic as he seems to be very good, and enjoys motorsport himself and is a VAG group enthausist)

I was thinking more some cheap steel wheels with sum winter tyres on. My work is in the contry side effectively, and if it continues it will be hard to get in and i dont want to crash.

Also thought about chains but a think they will be a little bit impractical.

Only just relised i missed posting one of me vinyl pics, and in my opinion the best one. here it is.

Also have fitted the whiteline RARB, placed on the middle setting and tbh i cant tell much of a difference.

Gona try it on the hardest setting when i get the chance but am a little annoyed as i thought it would help alot including sum oversteer when i want it.

I'm sure in time you will notice a diffrence with the whiteline ARB, maybe need to play with it to get it set up.

Sorry mate...You need to ditch the sticker!!!

Realy? i no its a bit boy-to-the-racer, but am 21 n enjoy a brisk drive anyway so i expect people to think am that. If anything i dislike the knockhill one on the back more, liked the symatry of the badge without anything else. Getting a Revo Technik sticker probly for the top of my windscreen in one of the corners so will post a picture when a get it.

Thanks for the input tho.
