Not seeing any pics you are describing on the previous two pages. Just the Stamsaas 'test fit' pics with blocks of wood under the wheels

:D Thanks for the comments guys, appreciate it. Once I get this wheelbearing fixed tomorrow morning I can get back to enjoying driving the car again in all it's shiny splendour!

Wheel bearing already! What milage , year is ur car?

Does anyone have an Anthracite vRS on black rims? I would like to know what it looks like and whether it looks better than the Anthracite with Anthracite rim combination. Thanks in advance.

Which is why I said - "I can almost help you with that" :p :moon:

What you should have said is, "I can inversely help you with that" :D

Sorry late reply guys :) As said it is the Milotec lower grill, with "RS4" mesh. The vents come with it :)

And yes, the Cantonas became green, Vipergreen

Dont have very many pics yet, but some :)

I shouldn't like that but I do. Doesn't need to be lower than in the pics.

Wheels are lush, car is lush but, never the twain shall meet..........blue and green should never be seen!

it's blue and green should never been seen without a colour in between. That colour is black and are the tyres.

I always thought it was red and green... anyway, as they do look gash together, whereas the blue/green of my race blue vRS with green calipers looks great.

After a surprisingly thorough amount of research online for the correct original expression, the jury's still out!

Anyway, as you were.

That does look good, I would not be that brave to do it.

Hmmm, I am looking to get my Scout alloys refurbed in the next couple of weeks, was going to go for anthracite wheels on an anthracite car but this has now got me thinking, any recommendations? Lamborghini orange maybe?

Looks great.

Doesn't need to be lower IMO.

It's a primary colour issue, so red, green and/or blue don't really work well together and shouldn't be used together as they don't contrast well. I think what makes this work (just ;)) is the Viper Green choice, so it's not just a standard green mix - it has some pearl and depth to it.

vRS_Pagey, thx for the photo! I am still trying to 'switch' the color around to envision what is looks like! :giggle: Maybe I will just stick with grey on grey for a safer bet.

Exactly what I learnt during 3 years of a Fine Art course........ :p

The green is amazing on the wheels, but imho the combination doesn't suit as both colours are strong. I would love to see that green on a set of porker calipers though!

It all depends on the shade, two primaries can work, but it depends on the shade. Full primary colours will clash with each other.

I am surprised we've not seen any blue cars with orange wheels on here, however.

Pedantic mode possibly engaged, but you're into shades then it's certainly no longer a primary colour you're dealing with ;)

Like you say Babs, a proper primary colour will always clash with another. Probably why the Viper Green works really, well just about :D

Now where did I put my Pantone chart?

Don't think I've posted this pic before - I dunno, maybe I have - I lose track. It's my car and oggy's old one from the end of 2010. Quite nice to see a nice example of a mk1 and mk2 together.

Very nice nick, any pictures of the side of it with the wheels?

Did I not buy a new vrs lately? Or am I mistaking.
