Hi thank you , yes it is film , cheap to do and very effective, also it looks darker in live than on the picture, unfortunately there is slight down sign as it affects lights in the dark. Not massively but still does, so if you drive a lot in the dark wouldn't recommend.  The spacers are 20mm

Almost looks like some kind of prototype, like the swirl effect you see on BMs etc going round the 'ring. Looking at the photo too long 

I like it purely for the fact its not another picture of another standard looking car.

They are off an Audi A6 17", 7.5´ with ET45
