I would like to fit an Armrest to my Fabia, but I can only find these 2 options, by the same company

I was wondering if anybody had one of these fitted or an alternate make at all. If so how easy are they to fit in?

Any feedback would be appreciated!

If you look hard and long enough you might get lucky and find an original OEM option one.

They're incredibly elusive though, I've only known of 2 on here ever. Mr Grumpy had one but has since got shot, and another member sold one when he sold up his Fabia about 3-4 years ago. Mr Grumpys may have even been the same one this guy sold.

I think they may have been a main land Europe option, or even a CZ only option a bit like the cup holder that replaces the front ashtray.

That's not very helpful though, is it.. In my opinion the 2nd one looks nicer but the 1st seems more practically sized.

I think the OEM one fitted in by the fitter removing the cup holder between the seats (with a knife) and it bolted down into the gap it left.

Just found, the OEM part number was DAO 409 001,

I have been looking for an armrest also, can't seem to get any in the correct colour/shade though. (either the beige/white or black)

Hi TheOne,

I have the Kamei 17703 fitted in my Estate it is very easy to fit, just loosen the bolts holding the seat down and tuck the frame under and retighten the bolts no cutting out the rear drink holder you can still use that, the other types of armrest need. Folds up out of the way for when you in traffic and need to use the handbrake.
