The Polo 9n3 1.8T GTi comes with some nice seats with the black bolsters and Interlargos Tartan style trim in the middle - just wondered if they would fit and if some had done this already????

Does it come in a 5-door? If so should be ok, probably a bit of modification needed though. Probably pricey from the dealers.

Well a Fabia VRS interior fits straight into the Polo 9n so i'd imagine the other way about will be fine, although you'll have the wee pull lever thing for putting the seat forward and back

Whenever i see the seats in one it reminds me of burberry. As to your "chav" comment, im unsure i can reply to that, since i never said anything about chavs.

Putting the golf examples in my fabia - obviously not "plug & play" like the polo seats but a bit easier to source.

I like them and they are SO supportive compared to any Skoda seat I have ever sat in.

What about the seats from a Fabia Sport or Bohemia? They're the same as the vRS ones, only with different cloth. Maybe you could persuade someone who wants to turn their Sport into a vRS lookalike to swap with you?

i was thinking about mk4 golf recaro`s. they`re dark blue/black, prob the same as the vrs seats just different covers, but im sure they could be found cheapish

I think (and my memory isn't always that great) that the Sport covers are VERY expensive (£750+) and most folks just get a leather retrim instead.

And for the record, mk4 / mk5 (yes my front seats are mk5 GTI) interiors will take serious work to fit in a fabia.

If going in a fabia, then YES. It's been fun trying to move the mounting points in the fabia to suit the wider track (approx 10mm) between the runners of the GTI seats compared to the fabia seats.

Has anyone fitted the rear seats successfully in a Fabia VRS? I have got them in but they don't latch anywhere at the bottom so when you lean back on the seats in the rear they just move back with you
