Hi all, looking for some input and advice, :confused: want to upgrade my 16 to 17ins wheels on Octavia vRS. Have been offered a set of NEW (Wolfrace) Asia-Tec-Kendo with 225-45's for the LOW price of 800euro, and am really tempted,

So, 1st thing 1st, will 17in wheels with 225-45 tyres fit car ok ?????

And, as am just a little unsure about the wheel style, :confused: how about a little input from you guys or :thumbdwn:

Personally I think the wheels look great.

It'll work - lots of people run that combination here.

As for the offset - the wheels will be supplied new for the octavia so that wont be a problem.

Any more comments/opinion on the look of the wheel?

You should have 205/50 17

And 225 section tyres will fit the Octy.

Not with them tyres they wont be.

can be got with diff sized tyres, my local Motorway store (Cork City) are offering them on special, can make inquires for any1 who wants me to do so

Had a check on the Toyo converter,they don't seem to think it's a good idea going from 14's to 17's!! :(

Would you be able to check prices on either 15s with 205/50R15 or 195/50R15 or alternatively 16s with 195/45R16 or 215/40R16. I was in the Motorway branch in Blanchardstown and didn't see any offers or specials :thumbdwn:

just checked on the wheels http://www.wolfrace.co.uk . looks like they only come in 17in :( . check the SAMURAI, looks like only 1 to come in 15in, if u like them can check on price for you, but wont get there till weekend

That would be gr8. BTW I think the photo shopped piccy of your Octy looks good with those rims.The shadow chrome is a good contrast. How easy was it to colour code the rubbing strips?

I like them wont be easy to clean...
